Refund and Returns Policy

  • We want you and your little ones to be happy with your purchase from Kidswing.

  • Our return policy lasts 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unwashed, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.


💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.


⏳ Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet:

    • Check your bank account again.

    • Contact your credit card company; it may take time before your refund is officially posted.

    • Contact your bank; processing time may vary.

🛍️ Sale Items

  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

  • Sale items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.


🔄 Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

  • If you need to exchange your item, email us at kidswing1991@gmail.com

    with your order details and photos (if applicable).


📦 Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, mail it to: kidswing1991@gmail.com.

  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item was defective or incorrect.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
